SBOTOP : AC Milan Prepare New Contract for Alphadjo Cisse After Stunning Hat-Trick

AC Milan are reportedly preparing a new contract for young forward Alphadjo Cisse. The 19-year-old has made an impressive start to the 2026/27 season. His recent performances have convinced the club to consider a salary increase.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan want to reward Cisse with better financial terms. Talks with his representatives could begin as early as next weekend. The club also hopes to complete the renewal before the end of 2026.

Cisse has attracted attention after scoring a hat-trick against RB Salzburg in the Europa League. Milan won the match 4-0 on Thursday night. The young forward now has five goals in his first seven appearances for the Rossoneri.

His strong start has made him one of Milan’s most exciting young players. The club now wants to recognise his progress and secure his future at San Siro.

Alphadjo Cisse Shines With a Hat-Trick Against RB Salzburg

Cisse has quickly made an impression at AC Milan. The club signed him from Hellas Verona near the end of the January transfer window.

Before joining Milan, he played in Serie B and scored six goals in 22 appearances. He then continued his development with Catanzaro on loan during the 2025/26 season.

These experiences helped him gain valuable match time in Italian football. His recent performances suggest that he is ready to take another step in his career.

Cisse produced his best performance yet against RB Salzburg. He scored three goals in Milan’s 4-0 Europa League victory. His excellent display also earned him the Man of the Match award.

The hat-trick marked an important moment in his young career. Reports also described him as the youngest Italian player to score a hat-trick in a major European competition.

This achievement has increased attention on the teenage forward. It has also strengthened Milan’s belief in his potential.

Cisse still has plenty to learn, but his early results look promising. If he maintains this form, he could become a valuable part of Milan’s attack.

AC Milan Prepare a Salary Increase for Cisse

Milan reportedly want to offer Cisse a better contract after his impressive start. The proposed deal would reflect his growing role in the first team.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Cisse currently earns around €800,000 per season. His existing contract runs until the summer of 2030.

That agreement already gives Milan control over his future for several years. However, the club now wants to improve his salary to match his progress.

A new contract could bring several benefits for both sides:

Reward his performances: Cisse has scored five goals in seven appearances.
Recognise his progress: He has moved from Serie B football to making an impact at Milan.
Secure his future: Better terms could strengthen his long-term relationship with the club.
Support his development: A new deal would show Milan’s confidence in his ability.

The club has not confirmed the proposed salary increase. Milan and Cisse’s representatives must still agree on the final terms.

The reported plan is to begin talks soon. Milan also hopes to settle the matter before the end of 2026.

Why Milan Want to Secure Cisse’s Future Early

Milan need talented players who can help the team compete in Italy and Europe. Young players also offer the club a chance to build a strong squad for the future.

Cisse has shown that he can make a difference in attack. His five goals in seven appearances represent an encouraging start. However, he must maintain that level throughout the season.

A new contract could give both sides greater security. It would also recognise the progress he has made since joining the Rossoneri.

Milan may also want to act before Cisse attracts more attention. Strong performances can increase a young player’s value and importance to a club.

An improved deal could help Milan protect their investment. It would also show that the club values his contribution.

Still, the negotiations remain at an early stage. Neither Milan nor the player has officially confirmed a new agreement.

Alphadjo Cisse Could Become a Key Player for Milan

Cisse’s early performances have given Milan plenty of reasons to feel optimistic. His hat-trick against Salzburg showed his ability to finish chances and influence a match.

At just 19, he has time to improve several areas of his game. He can work on his movement, decision-making, and consistency against different opponents.

His next challenge will be to keep scoring as the season progresses. Defenders will study his playing style and look for ways to limit his impact.

Regular performances will help him prove that he can succeed at the highest level. He will also need to compete with more experienced players for opportunities.

Milan must manage his development carefully. Giving him enough playing time could help him gain confidence and improve his decision-making.

A new contract would support that process. It would also give Cisse a clear sign that the club believes in his future.

AC Milan Hope to Complete Cisse’s Contract Renewal in 2026

Milan reportedly want to complete Cisse’s contract renewal before the end of 2026. Talks with his representatives could begin as early as next weekend.

The proposed deal would include better financial terms. It would reward the young forward for his strong start to the season.

His hat-trick against RB Salzburg has brought him into the spotlight. His five goals in seven appearances have also strengthened his position at the club.

The next step will be to see whether both sides can reach an agreement. The final salary and contract details remain unconfirmed.

For Milan, keeping Cisse could prove important for their long-term plans. For the young forward, a new deal would reward his progress and offer a chance to grow.

His career at San Siro has only just begun. If he continues to develop and deliver goals, Cisse could become an important player for the Rossoneri in the seasons ahead.
